Day One

Off to a fresh start. I woke up today before my alarm went off and was ready to start my day with some exercise. I wanted to get a half hour walk in before getting ready for work so that I would be in a good mindset for the day. It definitely helps me keep my eating on track when I've made the effort to get on the treadmill in he morning!  I woke up Jeff then went downstairs for my walk. It felt good to listen to my music and get my blood pumping again. After I  was done I went upstairs to put my healthy foods together to take to work. I was able to fill my work bag with all good, healthy things that I know will make my body happy and keep me feeling full.

I have been thinking a lot about my attitude lately and how it has gone downhill since I stopped eating healthy and exercising. I really need to get back to how I was feeling last year when I was on track with everything!  I know that when I feel better about myself I feel better about life in general. I want to before like the person I was before I started working and dealing with the public every day. You can get so cynical when you work with so many different people with different attitudes. I am going to try to look for the best in everyone instead of finding the flaws.
